Ik wilde eens wat nieuws proberen, namelijk Sandro's top 40 selectie! Nummertje(s) uit de huidige top 40 waarmee iets opmerkelijks is. Te beginnen bij deze: Aan het liedje wilde ik niet heel veel woorden vuil maken (best een grappig deuntje hoor, daar niet van, maar meer is het ook niet). Nee, ik wilde het hebben over de zangeres Mabel. Doet die je aan iemand denken? Hint, ze heeft een bekende moeder... Ik zie de gelijkenis wel. Juist, Neneh Cherry! Die kennen we natuurlijk nog van bijvoorbeeld Buffalo Stance en Manchild (ik heb het nog even uitgezocht, maar de baby in de clip is niet baby Mabel, dat was voor het verhaal te mooi geweest): Ten slotte een nummer dat ook al een tijdje in de top40 staat: Lekker nummertje vind ik. Goede beat, stem een tikje rauw. Uiterlijk lijkt geïnspireerd op de jonge Madonna, maar misschien heb ik het helemaal verkeerd. Maar wat is het verhaal? Ook Miley heeft een "beroemde" ouder. Kennen we deze nog? Top nummertje! (ahum...). In de clip zijn de vele vrouwelijke aanbidders te zien. Naar het schijnt werd er dan ook nogal veel damesondergoed het podium opgegooid tijdens optredens van vader Billy Ray. De jonge Miley zag daar wel brood in en verkocht de dames slipjes e.d. (of ze ze eerst ook waste is niet bekend). Afijn, Miley had dus al vrij snel door dat er geld te verdienen was met muziek!

Ja dat is de oplossing niet natuurlijk. Inderdaad, hard werken. Op momenten dat ik me realiseer dat ik het werk weer emotioneel te dichtbij heb getrokken, kan ik heel boos op de ander worden. "Wat een kl**zak dat hij me zo zakelijk behandelt, terwijl ik dacht dat we een goede band hadden!". In plaats van boos te worden, moet ik naar mezelf kijken.

Ja. Met oplossing inderdaad tussen haakjes. Want het was (natuurlijk) niet zo dat ik dacht dat alcohol daadwerkelijk iets op ging lossen. Maar op een gegeven moment maakte dat ook niks meer uit. Wel of geen toekomst, het boeide me niet meer. Dat is wat verslaving met me deed. Welkkm trouwens, @Vis!

Interessante vraag. Ik weet eigenlijk niet of ik relatief gelijkmatig ben qua stemming of juist niet. Lastig te vergelijken met andere mensen ,omdat je niet voelt wat zij voelen natuurlijk. Maar bijvoorbeeld gisteren was ik om 14 uur nog compleet down na een overleg. Een uurtje later weer vol energie na een ander overleg. Jantje lacht, jantje huilt. Dat gaat toch wat ver. Even wandelen ofzo werkt dan wel om alles even op een rijtje te zetten. @Lonster : ik zoek dingen juist teveel en snel bij mezelf en neem teveel verantwoordelijk als ik niet oplet. Ik moet mezelf er regelmatig aan herinneren dat ik echt niet alles zelf hoef te doen. Beetje meer "klagen" kan geen kwaad.

Mijn humeur is momenteel erg afhankelijk van hoe het op het werk gaat. Vandaag ook ups en downs. Dat wil ik eigenlijk niet. Wil stabieler zijn. Aan de andere kant is er momenteel ook weinig anders dan werk en gezin, dus misschien ook niet zo gek dat het zoveel invloed heeft op mijn welzijn. Jullie ervaringen?

Kritiek @Roberto ? Wat zou daar dan niet goed aan zijn? Je houdt het in ieder geval bij jezelf, daar zit ook zeker een positieve kant aan.

Ik houd best van een beetje zout, maar we krijgen echt veel te veel zout binnen als we niet opletten hoor. Hier zaten 2 bouillonblokjes bij en een zakje goulashkruiden op maar 1 liter water. Gaan er ook nog 500 gram soepballetjes bij waar het nodige zout inzit. Maar @Reacher compenseert het zoute weer met het zoete. Dan maakt het niet meer uit natuurlijk

Wat eten we? Ik heb goulashsoep gemaakt van een verspakket . Vond em erg zout bij het volgen van de instructies. Kwalijke zaak vind ik dat, al dat zout. Extra water toegevoegd dus.

Met een draad als dit kan ik helemaal niks. Morgen nieuwe ronde nieuwe kansen. Veel succes vandaag.

Heb er op de valreep nog over nagedacht. Denk dat het meer met 2 te maken heeft. Dus niet zozeer met stoppen met drinken. Dat is het eerlijke antwoord richting mezelf. Stoppen met drinken is niet de oplossing voor alles. Was het maar zo. Het besef dat dat niet zo is, en dat te omarmen, is een proces.

Ik had dat toen ik nog dronk (1)en nog naar kantoor ging (2) ook altijd. Nu heb ik dat niet meer. Weet niet niet of het door 1 of 2 komt of een combinatie van beiden. Ga ik eens over nadenken vandaag.

Ik heb een collega die precies om die reden nu thuis zit met een burn out (oh wacht, we zitten allemaal thuis ). Die lag/ligt elke nacht wakker met de stress in zijn lijf.

Ik had in mijn hoofd dat het de zoveelste saaie dag was in de Corona periode. Totdat ik me net realiseerde dat het maar net is hoe je ernaar kijkt. En toen zag ik in dat ik vandaag een topdag heb gehad. Eye-opener.

Ik snap die gedachte wel. Dat had jaren terug namelijk zeker gebeurd (terugval), maar ik zie het nu allemaal niet meer zo zwaar. Nu lijkt de blessure ook weer geheeld overigens. Ben rustig weer aan het opbouwen. Geen haast.
