Ze maakt je niet belachelijk, ze probeert je te konfronteren, althans zo lees ik haar. Sta er in elk geval voor open dat je vermoeden niet klopt, drank voedt wantrouwen, geloof me. In ken Bolletje uit meetings en ze is niet zoals jij denkt.

Ik ben bij een psychiater in behandeling, maar zoals ik eerder al schreef ik kamp met nog wat andere mentale problemen, dus alcohol is niet de focus daar. Daarnaast bezoek ik de AA en ik merk wel dat dat effect heeft. @Lady Jane: het was niet mijn bedoeling om te schofferen maar ik schiet inderdaad direct in het defensief als ik het vermoeden heb dat iemand mij belachelijk maakt. Verder hoop ik echt dat jullie een fijne dag hebben.

Veel plezier ermee. Voor mij is dat rauwe een pluspunt omdat we het allemaal wel kennen en een verslaving nu eenmaal niet afgeborsteld is. Edit: zelf heb ik de serie op één dag uitgekeken en toen besloten dat ik naar de AA moest gaan.

Ik schrijf voorlopig weer op mijn eigen draadje. Ik discusseer niet met alcohol. Vooral niet als het in de mens zit. Want dat win ik niet. Ik ben niet sterker en ik ben kwetsbaar want ik kan alles weerstaan, behalve de verleiding. (Oscar Wilde). Ik voel dat het rammelt, dat het roept. Nog een paar moeilijke dagen en ik geef het op. Ik weet dat van mezelf. De opstandige rebel in mij. Dus vandaag opladen, reserves opbouwen. Een andere weg inslaan. Ik ga straks op pad. Naar een huisje kijken in een dorpje waar ik zou willen wonen. Er zijn nu 3 dorpjes en misschien nog een 4e. Heel veel zin in. Het is altijd nog veel fijner dan ik me kan voorstellen. Voel me nog wel duizelig af en toe dus rustig aan.

Ga die berichten maar eens doorlezen @Mormel dan zie je dat jouw invulling totaal misgekleund is. Ik herken wel dat vijanddenken van toen ik nog dronk. Dat was een overlevingsstrategie bij mij, want als ik toegaf dat ik echt aan de bak moest, dan moest ik ook stoppen om dat te bereiken. Ook ik heb hier absurd veel postings en ook ik kan soms wat sarcastisch uit de hoek komen bij het lezen van sommige postings. Iemand konfronteren, kan bij de een helpen, bij de ander werkt het averechts. Het is aan jou of je er wat mee doet. Je hebt recht op je eigen manier en tijd die je nodig hebt, en geloof me, noch met Bol, noch met mezelf, noch met de andere gestopten hier hoef jij medelijden te hebben. Je weet duidelijk nog niet hoe het is om zo lang gestopt te zijn dat drank geen rol meer speelt. Zelf schrijf ik hier vooral uit dankbaarheid, forumverslaving (zelfgekozen, want gezonder dan drinken) en soms als tijdverdrijf of virtuele sociale gezelligheid. Mooi in evenwicht met mijn gewone leven, wat ik dankzij het stoppen weer op heb kunnen bouwen.
