Probeer een beetje rustig aan te doen, de ziekte en het verlies van je baan daar kun je nu eenmaal niets aan veranderen. We zijn samen naar het strand geweest om de tijd ontspannen door te brengen en niet thuis te lopen piekeren. Maar na de wedstrijd dinsdagavond is er ruzie geweest, waar de tegenstanders bij waren. Zo genant. Maar shit happens in groepsprocessen he. En de onderliggende irritaties, op eieren lopen, wie de een graag mag, de ander juist niet, alles stond op losse schroeven. En ergens nog. Dus het kan zo maar de afslkuiting van 36 jaar worden, maar dan hebben we dat wel waardig geprobeerd en niet met ruzie geklapt. Vrouwen.............pfffft soms. En nu dus alle dingen die zijn blijven liggen vandaag in orde maken en god zegene de greep voor de komende dagen. Maar we drinken niet!!!

Zelf ooit een therapie afgezegd toen ik eindelijk na maanden aan de beurt was, omdat het beter ging en ik dacht dat ik mijn plek beter kon geven aan iemand 'die het echt nodig had.' En daarna ging het weer bergafwaarts.

Zul je altijd zien, ook vaak met doktersafspraken, zodra je de moed hebt gemaakt om een afspraak te maken lijkt de kwaal ineens weg te zijn en denk je: is het nog wel nodig? Maar ik hoorde laatst ergens: je moet het ijzer smeden als het koud is. Vind ik wel een goeie.

ik ben inderdaad niet de enige met een dubbele diagnose ik wou alleen maar duidelijk maken dat het voor mensen met een dubbele diagnose ingewikkelder is om te stoppen met drinken elke keer als ik herval sta ik terug recht en begin opnieuw ik blijf vechten als ik niet aan mezelf zou willen werken dan bleef ik doordrinken en had ik geen nuchtere dagen en nu kan ik ni in opname gaan daar kan ik niks aan doen ik heb vanacht gebeld naar de begeleiding van de afdeling maar ze weten zelf niet hoe lang het gaat duren ge moet ni vragen met wat een wachtlijst ze zitten

Ik ben beide. Terugkijkend op mijn leven zie ik dat ik veel dingen anders had moeten doen, zeker op het gebied van drankgebuik. Maar als als bepaalde dingen niet waren gebeurd, dan was ik misschien helemaal geen alcoholist geworden. En nu probeer ik maar weer eens wat, en weer zie ik niet wat er van terecht komt.

op de werklui wachten die de overkapping gaan plaatsen.hopen dat ze op tijd zijn en dat alles in orde is zo. straks naar therapie merk dat ik weinig zin heb deze week het eind gesprek op me werk hakte er goed in.blijf het moeilijk vinden om het te accepteren de ziekte en en verliezen van de baan. Me hoofd gaat als een malle te keer. wil hier na ook nog in therapie voor me trauma maar wil ook wel iets gezellig dankbaars doen.durf nog niet veder te denken zolang ik de wia niet heb.

@Rosee en @bumperjim : Het klinkt alsof ik een excuus zoek om te drinken. Ik zal volgende week donderdag ook drinken, evenals de weken daarna op donderdag. Het is me nu 2 weken gelukt om het op mijn manier te doen. Mijn "plan" geeft me houvast. Niets in huis, dan kan ik ook niet drinken (ik ga nooit vrijwillig de deur uit, zelfs niet voor alcohol). Ik zit straks onverwacht met een dubbele portie, dus teveel voor vandaag (zelfs voor mij😀). Ik had niet over een plan B nagedacht, best stom, dit moest wel een keer gebeuren. Ik ben tevreden als ik morgen niks meer heb wat me in de verleiding brengt. Dus ik hoop dat het me lukt om ongeopende flessen weg te gooien.

Wat een goedkope kritiek. Als er iemand is die zn gedrag rechtvaardigt vanwege gebeurtenissen van tientallen jaren geleden, altijd over zn vele problemen doorzeurt en zelf nooit verantwoordelijkheid neemt dan ben jij het renaldo. Stop eens met stroumfke in de grond te trappen om je zelf beter te voelen. Nergens schrijft ze dat ze de enige is met een dubbel probleem. Het lijkt wel of het voortdurend over jou moet gaan, telkens kom je met je eigen problemen aanzakken. Dit is jouw draadje niet en helpend is het niet, dat heeft ze zelf ook al geschreven.
