Ze is verbonden aan de instelling, ik kom bij haar door mijn psychiater. Ik ben niet verplicht om bij haar te gaan. Maar de prijzen van de consultaties zijn veel goedkoper als in de privé.

Zo bedoelde ik het niet. Het is meer, ik zat te denken aan mensen die hier over de vloer komen en wel drinken (en mijn vriend blowt) ik denk dat ik dat even niet trek in mijn huis.

Eerst schreef je "voorgoed" en nu is het al "even" geworden 😁 Ik raad je aan om eerst helemaal te stoppen zonder na te denken over een tijdsduur, en zien hoe dat bevalt en wat er allemaal met je gebeurt. En dan verder zien.

Ik overweeg om om mijn huis even helemaal alcohol en cannabis vrij te houden. Sowieso was dat al mijn regel als mijn dochter thuis was. Maar ik wil het voorlopig helemaal niet denk ik.

Is ze verbonden aan de instelling die je ondersteunt, of is het iemand die je zelf hebt gecontacteerd? Indien dat laatste zou ik na een volgende afspraak echt wel afwegen of je er iets aan hebt, want meestal is het toch belangrijk dat er een klik is met je behandelaar om zo vooruitgang te kunnen boeken.

Mijn stiefzoon heeft ook autisme en enkele jaren geleden hebben we voor hem zo'n sterrenhemel projector gekocht. Was inderdaad een goede aankoop en daarnaast is het ook iets rustgevender dan een lampje in zijn kamer te laten branden. Hij heeft het vervolgens ook aan zijn vader gevraagd en die vonden het idee zo leuk dat ze er dadelijk twee kochten (een voor hem, en een voor bij hen op de kamer).

De kroeg waar ik toen na het werk kwam opende van zes uur tot twee uur 's nachts. Eigenlijk zijn er in die stad nog redelijk wat kroegen die 's morgens vroeg de deuren openen. En je zou het misschien niet verwachten maar op dat uur wordt er ongeveer evenveel bier als koffie geserveerd, voornamelijk aan mensen die uit de nachtploeg komen, maar ook aan gepensioneerden en enkelen die hun nacht nog moeten afsluiten.

Alcoholtesten zijn gewoonlijk toch blaastesten?
