even terugkomend op @Yvonneman wil geen hulp/arts o.i.d. Ik zal het in een rustiger periode nog een keer bespreken. En verbeeld ik het me of voel ik sinds vanmiddag een verandering richting rust….?

en @Roseenee, zwemmen doe ik nu niet meer. Heb in dit nieuwe huis met andere ritmes van huisgenoten en zorg voor de hond nog geen prettig ritme gevonden. Goed dat je het memoreert. Ga er weer mee bezig.
