@Mariposa: Voor mij stond deze week op de planning om te stoppen met roken (weet dat die combinatie meestal niet aangeraden wordt, maar financieel is het echt wel nodig). Maandag en dinsdag heb ik goed doorgewerkt om heel het huishouden aan de kant te hebben, tuin is in orde, voorraadkasten aangevuld en enkele uren zitten koken waardoor ik redelijk wat maaltijden in de vriezer heb steken; alles met het doel opdat ik enkele dagen niets zou moeten doen en me volledig kon focussen op dat stoppen met roken. Mijn planning voor dit weekend is dus eenvoudig: ga mijn wandelingen doen met de hond en verder zal ik vooral in de zetel liggen (series, films en gamen). Met de tabak die ik nu nog heb kom ik tot deze avond toe. Daarnet ook het geld van mijn rekeningen doorgestort naar mijn vrouw, dus totaal geen mogelijkheid om iets bij te halen.

Ja duidelijk! Ik skip dat tegenwoordig, ik ga meteen vroeg naar bed als het even te veel wordt, dat is nu mijn nooduitgang. Werkt prima.

Ik wil je vragen Mormel, om niet meer op mijn dagboekdraadje te schrijven als je gedronken hebt. Voor mij is dit een belangrijke en veilige, alcoholvrije plek. Als je nuchter bent, ben je zeker welkom!

Goedemorgen allemaal, Net met de pup bij de dieren arts geweest. Bijna 6 kg. nu Ben altijd een beetje uitgeput na het uitlaten hemel, wat is dat beestje altijd wild en druk onderweg Nu ligt ze alweer een uur onschuldig te slapen. Dan ziet ze er weer zoooo lief uit ! @Mormel, zo te lezen werk je hard aan jezelf. Goed van je dat je de laatste fles hebt weggegooid en de ochtend droog bent begonnen. Nu volhouden he !

Net twee mindere dagen achter de rug. Had woensdag een afspraak in Brussel bij een overheidsdienst en omdat ik weet dat Brussel op zich al een trigger zou zijn heb ik mijn vrouw gevraagd om mee te gaan. Wij wonen tijdelijk apart (ze is begin dit jaar vertrokken) en zag dit zitten. Fijne voormiddag gehad met haar, veel gelachen dus Brussel ging goed maar toen ik daarna naar huis fietste gestopt bij een winkel en wijn gekocht. Waarom? Geen idee. Ben niet zo goed in het bepalen wat ik voel, tenzij ik dus gedronken heb en ik ermee overspoeld word. Anderhalve dag gezopen waarbij veel naar boven kwam en ik feitelijk het geluk had dat ik me thuis opsloot. Enige voordeel dat het drinken gebracht heeft is dat ik vorige nacht nog eens langer dan vier uur heb geslapen. Echt verkwikkend is het niet geweest, daar het weer een nacht was gevuld met nachtmerries over het verleden (mijn psychiater meent dat ik met PTSS kamp), dus nu leeg en futloos. Weet dat alcohol me een energieboost zou geven, maar ga het toch bij koffie houden. De voorbije twee jaar heb ik al een stevige stap genomen ivm dat alcoholisme. Vorig jaar ben ik erin geslaagd om niet langer dagelijks te drinken en heb ik mijn gebruik met een derde verminderd. Dit jaar meer en meer dagen zonder alcohol, maar telkens gebeurde hetzelfde: poosje nuchter, enkele dagen zwaar drinken, terug nuchter,... Dus ik hoop dat ik met de hulp van de AA en mijn nieuwe psychologe erin slaag om ook dat laatste stukje drinken eruit te krijgen. Want natuurlijk als ik dan drink zijn het niet enkele glazen, maar direct terug de hoeveelheid die ik nodig heb om compleet van de wereld te zijn.

Is niet erg joh, alcohol = vreemd gedrag en vreemde teksten, dat gebeurt hier zo vaak 😁

In het dorp waar ik woon zitten verschillende boeren (en gewoon mensen met een grote tuin) die voor hun huis groenten en fruit buiten zetten om te verkopen. Meestal hangt er dan een bordje bij waarop staat om het bedrag in de brievenbus te steken wanneer er niemand is. Blij dat ik in een dorp woon waar dit nog mogelijk is.

Ja, was gisteren nog drie flessen wijn gaan halen maar de laatste heb ik weggegoten. Ga mijn vorige berichten nog teruglezen, maar ben vrij zeker dat ik excuses moet aanbieden voor mijn gedrag. Normaal ben ik vrij stil en de beleefdheid zelve als ik met mensen omga, maar als ik gedronken heb is de kans groot dat ik een * wordt waarbij alle frustraties naar boven komen en na enkele dagen eindig ik dan leeg en rustig. Dat is een punt waaraan ik wil werken met mijn nieuwe psycholoog, want er moet toch een manier zijn om die gevoelens te kanaliseren zonder dat ik daarvoor moet drinken.

@Mormel ben je deze ochtend droog begonnen?

Nou de licht gecrashte auto staat bij de carrossier voor reparatie. Klein familiebedrijfje waar ik vaak langskom. Het viel me altijd op dat op het enorme terrein achter het gebouw altijd een serie motorkappen en andere carrosseriedelen met veel liefde en precisie op een rijtje staan opgesteld zodat het zo min mogelijk plaats inneemt. Niet omdat het moet maar gewoon voor t mooi. Daar doe dan ik graag zaken mee. Helaas zijn ze, zoals vrijwel alle garages, vanaf vanavond op vakantie dus de reparatie moet wachten tot 1e week september, maar ik mocht wel gratis een afgetrapte Citroën gebruiken zolang. Das echt zeldzaam tegenwoordig. Zie je wel dat Fransen aardige lui zijn? 😝 Toppertjes 👍🏻 ik ben al bijna van mn baalgevoel af.

Maar @bolletje, ik vind ook dat jouw reactie een nare cynische toon had, alsof je @Mormel af zat te zeiken. Misschien was dat niet je bedoeling maar als iemand tegen mij zo zou praten zou ik er ook wat van zeggen.

Mormel probeer eens te kijken naar jouw reactie naar mij, en niet mijn reactie. Dan leg je het probleem bij mij. Jouw reactie zegt eigenlijk (volgens mij) blijf van mijn alc. af, ik kan of durf nog niet te stoppen. En ik, en al die anderen die hier zijn weten hoe moeilijk het is. En nee ik mis het niet hoor, ik realiseer me nog heel vaak hoe gelukkig ik ben zonder drank. Meer vrienden, meer uitjes zonder zatte kop waardoor iedereen afstand neemt van me. heel erg veel dingen gedaan waar ik naderhand spijt van had, en het belangrijkste ik ben niet meer eenzaam. Maar de weg daar naar toe is moeilijk geweest, heel moeilijk. Je bent al heel ver als je de volgende keer eerst hier komt om te zeggen dat je wilt gaan drinken. Dat is heel moeilijk want je denkt dan misschien dat we iets afpakken wat heel veel voor jou betekent. Maar zal ik jou eens wat vertellen? Je bent altijd ZELF verantwoordelijk voor JOUW leven en JOUW gevoelens, je kan gaan drinken als je daarvoor kiest. Succes.
