Ja dat gaat lukken en ik kijk er naar uit. Weer op het punt van een jaar staan. Terug van weggeweest. Wat attent dat je dit zo voor ons bijhoudt. Vandaag stond ik er echt bij stil en dacht van jaarpact opzoeken. Ook succes een Pete Maverick en Mijngerrit, mijn datumgenoten.

Ik ga uitloggen maar snap ook dat mensen het met jou gehad hebben. Gaat een ander dorp niks aan meewerken. Ga dan maar voor een vrijstaand huisje. Gewoon een tip/advies.

En 30 matrassen erbij en 40 gordijnen dat dempt! Je zit op een openbaar forum helaas.

Doe een gesloten besloten blog en doe je koptelefoon op. Snap wel dat jij met iedereen problemen hebt. Net zoals velen zich irriteren aan jou. Lastig naar mens ben je geworden sorry.

Oei @Smaragdie, wat ellendig. Hoop dat de Benzo's je wat rust geven en dat je wat kunt slapen. Je zult je morgen niet optimaal voelen. Hoop dat je het aankan. @rapilos, het is nog steeds een pup. Moet nog veel leren. Mijn labrador was ook superdruk. Bleef maar doorgaat. Je kunt wel al je grenzen aangeven. Ze leren snel. Ons Suuske is verleden week 1 jaar geworden. 1e loopsheid gehad en nu is ze toch een stuk rustiger geworden. Even geduld dus nog. Kleindochter is gisteren weer opgehaald door papa. Vandaag ook maar even van de rust genieten. Het woord Omaaaa tetterd nog in mijn oren . Oma is vandaag buiten dienst. Heeft haar funtie tijdelijk neergelegd.

Lap, vergeten dat het een feestdag is. Zelf werk ik momenteel niet.

@Smaragdie: hoop dat je nu slaapt en de rest effectief hebt weggegooid zodat er niets is wanneer je wakker wordt. Voor in de toekomst, of voor iemand anders die er iets aan heeft: ik herken het fenomeen van enkele dagen stevig doorzuipen. Wat mij dan helpt om dit te doorbreken is het tempo opdrijven en dus nog sneller drinken dan normaal, wanneer je vervolgens voelt dat je genoeg hebt of je lijf begint te protesteren: laatste glas inschenken, al de rest weggieten, iets eten als je kan, laatste glas rustig drinken en dan gaan slapen. Medisch gezien waarschijnlijk een totaal onverantwoord advies, maar bij mij helpt het om die cyclus te doorbreken. Zeker niet denken dat je alles wel zult verwijderen als je wakker wordt van geheid hang je er dan weer aan. Zo, zelf enkele uren in de tuin gewerkt. Volop oogstseizoen dus ik heb mijn buren kunnen plezieren met courgettes en een pattison (heb al een kleine vijftien liter courgettesoep in de vriezer steken, dus moet stoppen met soep te maken). Hoop wel dat we spoedig nog wat regen krijgen.

@Yvonne: bedankt om het zo overzichtelijk te maken. Komaan mensen, ik ga hier toch niet de jongste van de hoop zijn zekers?

Dit wijkt een beetje af van het onderwerp, maar daar je in de twee landen komt: merk je een verschil in de Belgische en Nederlandse drinkcultuur? Zelf kom ik niet vaak op sociale gelegenheden maar als ik ergens op bezoek ga of er is een familiebijeenkomst dan gaat dit eigenlijk altijd gepaard met drank. De enige huishoudens die ik ken waar alcohol niet standaard in huis is zijn eigenlijk de gezinnen waarin iemand een alcoholist is die gestopt is met drinken. Het is trouwens niet alleen op bezoekjes ook tijdens het werk, middagpauze hup een paar pintjes (terwijl ik dit schrijf is het bijna twaalf uur en ik durf erop te wedden dat over een kwartiertje de terrassen weer vol zitten met mensen die pauze hebben), vrijdagnamiddag alvast tijd voor een borrel etc. Hoe gaat dit in Nederland?

Ik dronk vrijwel altijd met mijn vrouw. Alleen achteraf gezien wel meer dan zij, door stiekem extra glazen te nemen bv. En ik denk dat ik haar ook heb gebruikt om te drinken. Anyway, zij drinkt nog steeds (veel minder dan toen we samen dronken). Ik heb hierin de knop voor mijzelf omgezet. Ik ben alleen verantwoordelijk voor mijn eigen drankprobleem en ben ook de enige die het kan oplossen. Wij hebben nog steeds drank thuis staan. Dat vind ik geen probleem. Als ik namelijk wil drinken, dan zijn er zat plekken waar ik heel snel alcohol kan verkrijgen, bv de supermarkt die praktisch naast ons ligt.
