Hoi, een jaar geleden een internet behandeling gedaan, weinig succes!

Nu heb ik besloten om helemaal te stoppen met drinken, vanmiddag informatie bijeenkomst in afkick kliniek en 15 september ga ik voor de detox, hierna verder met ambulante hulp.

Ik moet de gewoonte doorbreken en ben heel erg benieuwd hoe het is zonder alcohol, heb wel heel lang gedronken.
