Goeie morgen, Kaartje vandaag is dankbaarheid. Nog zo’n dooddoener maar wel een waarvan ik diep doordrongen ben van het belang ervan. Ik logeerde ooit in een boeddhistische tempel op Koyasan, Japan. Daar deed ik mee aan de ochtendmeditatie met een Engels woordje uitleg over de waterexperimenten van Masaru Emoto. (De moeite waard om op te zoeken als je het niet kent.) Het belang van dankbaarheid dus, voor alles wat je hebt en ook (nog) niet hebt/ bent. De laatste jaren zijn zowat alle zekerheden in mijn leven weg gevallen en dat kan me wel angstig maken. Wat ik me stilaan wel realiseer is een soort verschuiving van uiterlijke zekerheden (baan, relaties, financieel) naar meer een soort innerlijke balans waar ik altijd op kan terugvallen, ook als alles rond mij wegvalt. Daar moet ik zelf aan werken, dat komt niet zomaar, en het is nog heel precair en kwetsbaar en ik moet er echt heel actief en bewust mee bezig zijn. Dus vandaag ben ik dankbaar dat ik de kans en de mogelijkheid heb om daar aan te werken. De oplettende lezer wist dat ik sinds enkele jaren koudwaterzwemmen heb opgebouwd en dit jaar is het eerste jaar dat ik jaarrond helemaal heb gezwommen, ook in de winter min. 2x per maand. Nu is de lente er en wordt het al merkbaar warmer, het water. Het ergste/ koudste is dus achter de rug. Ik ben dankbaar aan mezelf dat ik dit heb opgebouwd, volgehouden. Ik ben dankbaar dat ik dit op een random vrijdag aan mezelf kan gunnen want dat is exact wat ik vandaag ga doen! De tweede keer nu voor deze lente! En om het helemaal compleet te maken (dat zelf-constructief zijn ipv destructief) denk ik er zelfs ook aan om mezelf op het dagpact te zetten want ja die zogenaamde ‘beloning’ voor mezelf lonkt ook nog altijd wel.

Goeiemorgen! Vanavond lekker een weekend weg met bumperhond, ons uitje van het jaar. Multisport weekend met anderen in het verre zuiden. Lekker slapen in het tentje en zo, 's ochtends koffie zetten op de piepkleine campinggaz en samen schijten in de bosjes. De Stier houdt niet zo van primitief kamperen. Goed dat je er iets aan wilt gaan doen, @diaries. Ik had vroeger ook een drankprobleem, maar ben inmiddels al bijna 10 jaar helemaal gestopt met drinken. Het voelt echt goed om daar nu vanaf te zijn. Maar ik ben ook veel te dik en blijvend afvallen vind ik erg lastig. Ik probeer het nu geleidelijker te doen in de hoop dat het jojo-effect dan wegblijft. Tot nu toe gaat dat wel redelijk naar wens.

ik voel mij fysisch al wat beter tegen maandag toen ik nog dronk en de moeheid begint te minderen maar das omdat ik zoveel rust alleen snachts slapen is een probleem heb even gebeld met de nachtwaak van de broeders

eerst en vooral mijn excuses als ik je gekwetst heb het was niet bewust mijn bedoeling om alcohol te verheerlijken da was fout van mij er werd mij gevraagd naar een reden waarom ik toch telkens terug herviel en dan wou ik als voorbeeld geven wat ik omschreven heb ik zal dat geen 2de keer doen

Dat heb ik vanmorgen duidelijk gedaan op jouw eigen draad @stroumfke. Toen reageerde jij verder niet. Daarom en om niet onnodig op jouw draad te schrijven heb ik later op mijn eigen draad hier dus gemeld wat het met me deed. En genoemd dat dat ook iets zegt over mijzelf. Dat leek mij wel zo netjes dat op mijn eigen draad verder te schrijven. Daar laat ik het bij.

Krijg weleens het idee dat je je enorm verveelt.

Stroumfke je hebt het steeds over uitrusten en dat je in je bed moet liggen. Maar word je daar juist niet gek van zonder afleiding? Zijn er geen dingen waarmee je je leven meer inhoud kunt geven? Je schreef laatst dat je haken leuk vindt, doe je dat nog weleens? En misschien zijn er andere dingen? Naar de film, sporten, lezen, een cursus, weet ik veel. Je leven hoeft niet on hold te staan totdat je wordt opgenomen ook al voel je je slecht.
