Iemand hier ervaring met P5P in benzo ontwenning? Het is de actieve vorm van vitamine b6 en zou helpen om een overvloed aan glutamaat om te zetten in Gaba?

Geen ervaring mee. Alleen zou ik in het geval van benzo afkick niet leunen op 'baat het niet dan schaadt het niet'. Je lichaam kan het herstel prima zelf aan, alleen moet je het de tijd geven. Alles wat je experimenteel doet kan je ook tegenwerken.
