Hoi @Penny,

dank! Net lange wandeling in de regen gemaakt. Heerlijk! Nu naar visrestaurant om met familie verjaardag te vieren. Wie wijn of bier wil drinken, doet dat. Ik ga voor Spa rood en cola light. 
Jij gaat goed hè? Mooie berichten van jou gelezen. Houden zo! Ik ben nu ook af van de oxazepam. Dat was echt afzien. Nu enkel vitamine en reguliere medicijnen. Stuk gezonder. Nu nog de weegschaal naar benee zien te krijgen. Volgende missie..,
