    Ik ben 1 januari gestopt met roken. Ik heb 2 x kanker gehad. Vorig jaar zomer borstkanker. voel me heel onzeker. Ben erg depressief en voel me alleen goed bij mijn kleindochter. Voel me alleen goed als ik bij mijn kleindochter ben. Ik drink 2 en halve borrel om te kunnen slapen met medicatie. Wil hiervan af maar dat lukt niet. Wil gewoon naar bed kunnen gaan en slapen. Wie heeft een knal tip. Heeeeeeeeeel graaaaaag

    Even voorstellen, Ik ben Snoeppie, 67 jaar en ik drink om te kunnen slapen. Ook gebruik ik slaapmedicatie. Ik ben gestopt met roken op 1 januari en nu word ik steeds dikker. Al met al, voel ik me een beetje waardeloos.
