Momenteel weer slaapproblemen, maar dat is nu wel een beetje mijn schuld. 

Zolang je weet waar het probleem zit, heb je ook opties om het op te lossen.
Hoop dat je nog wat slaap krijgt deze nacht.

Jawel, ik had al wat geslapen. Dat ik wakker wordt is heel normaal voor mij, maar ik had direct terug moeten proberen te slapen.
