ik ben al 37 jaar aan de oxacepamp  eerst 3x2 toen 2x2 nu 1x2 perdag  op dit moment moet ik gaan afbouwen naar 0 hier zie ik erg tegen op

Hier is niet zo veel activiteit meer. Kijk even op facebook. Daar is een besloten facebookgroep die heet Benzo strijders. Daar kun je advies vragen hoe je op een veilige manier verder af kunt bouwen. Doe het niet te snel. Het beste is om het langzaam af te bouwen. Op deze groep zitten allemaal lotgenoten die afgebouwd zijn of nog zijn aan het afbouwen. Daar vind je goede hulp en advies hoe je het beste en het veiligst kunt afbouwen  met de minst mogelijke klachten
