Wie kent het gevoel helemaal in de brand te staan. Je huid voelt koud maar inwendig brandt alles!!!  

Ik had dat in de eerste dagen na een afbouwstap wel eens. Het ging vrij snel weer over en nu is het wel weg. 

Is erg irritant. Rotgevoel. Hopelijk is het bij jou snel over, @Eleo31

Ik had het ook heel erg na de 0 . Het us nu wet in alle hevigheid terug , plus prikkelingen , prikjes op / onder de huid. Zo bizar.

Van de nerveusiteit en rusteloos heb ik weinig last van alleen net alsof ik zo op ontploffen sta. Beetje te fanatiek geweest met afbouwen. En  ik zie heletijd zo wazig.

Het is allemaal aan het herstellen.

Wazig zien heb ik ook gehad,
