Goedemorgen lieve frummels.

Ik zet even een stevige bak koffie voor jullie en voor de liefhebbers is er thee en sap.

Broodjes eet ik in de auto, dus pak zelf maar even wat uit de vriezer.

Vandaag de tour du jour, toeren op de racefiets in het oosten des lands en Duitsland.

Ik trek mijn outfit aan en stap bij manlief in ut wagentje, fietsen achterin en op weg.
