Wie heeft Oxazepam afgebouwd en kan iets vertellen over wat je te wachten staat

    Hey Lucy, afbouwen is altijd heel persoonlijk, en de ervaringen van anderen zijn meestal niet 1 op 1 overdraagbaar.
    Allemaal afhankeleijk van hoe lang je oxa gebruikt hebt en in welke dosering.
    Oxa is een kortwerkende benzo en als je problemen hebt met afbouwen kun je misschien beter eerst overstappen op Diazepam.
    in de facebook groep benzo strijders weten ze er alles van en kun je ook dagelijkse ondersteuning en begeleiding krijgen.
