Waar ik bijvoorbeeld wel de schone lei in herken is als ik een kater heb en me voorneem om te stoppen dat ik dan ga ik douchen en mijn haren wassen en mijn bed verschonen, en schone kleren aantrekken. Mijn huis schoonmaken. Een lijst maken van de taken die ik moet doen. Alsof ik daarmee de boel kan resetten. 

Dat heb ik ook wel. Ik zie het als een zinvol ritueel, om die andere zuivering kracht bij te zetten.
