Hallo, ik ben Karin

Ik ben sinds kort afgebouwd van Lorazepam mbv taperingstrips. Na een week kreeg ik weer vreselijka angst aannvallen en labiel zijn. Ook bij de HAP geweest, nu toch weer terug op 3x 0,5 mg Lorazepam, kwam anders niet meer uit de paniek. Dinsdag weer naar de psychiater om te bespreken hoe verder. 

Op dit forum las ik over de goede werking van Bacopa, om de gaba-receptoren te herstellen. Heeft iemand van jullie daar ervaring mee? Of andere tips?

Zelf heb ik wel gaba geprobeerd, maar hielp niet echt en kan ook juist averechts werken kom ik nu achter.

Heel graag hoor ik alles wat mee kan helpen in deze zware strijd!
