Hoe gaat het bij jullie? Hier schijnt het zonnetje. Goed geslapen? Ik weet wel dat benzo’s afbouwen anders is als z-drug (Benzo aanverwant slaap middel) afbouwen, maar toch. Ik ben vooral deprie. Slapen gaat best ok gelukkig. Ik heb geen plannen voor vandaag, jullie wel? Groetjes Jeroen

het is hier extreem rustig de laatste tijd. is dit een goed teken? ik hoop het. met mij gaat het gelukkig prima. @Lightspacer geen zorgen zijn bekende klachten. gaat weer voorbij. het is zwaar maar echt de moeite waard
