Dag @Bie,

 

Temesta is in Nederlands bekend als Lorazepam. Ik ben zelf afgebouwd van Lorazepam, maar dat heeft best lang geduurd en nog lang na de afbouw heb ik klachten, die gelukkig wel steeds minder worden.  

Hoeveel Temesta slik je nu en hoe lang? En bouw je ook met Temesta af of switch je naar Diazepam? Dat laatste wordt vaak als prettiger ervaren omdat Diazepam langer in je bloed zit en gemakkelijker te doseren valt.
