Hallo ik ben piet, ik heb ongeveer 2 maanden oxazepam gebruikt en in 2 maanden afgebouwd. Intussen ben ik nu rond de 6 weken begonnen aan citalopram. Iets meer dan een week geleden klaar met afbouwen dat ging die week best goed. Na een week zonder oxazepam kreeg ik ineens last van een verward gevoel, gespannen, neerslachtig. Ik geef het de tijd maar snap er niets van! Na een week pas ineens ontwenningsverschijnselen? Ik had hier wel een beetje last van tijdens het afbouwen maar niet zo erg als nu. 

Doorzetten dan maar!
