Ben oudere vrouw ,over 60jaar

Lees al behoorlijk lang mee.

Ben al 1jaar geleden gestopt met drinken.heb 2uitglijers gehad.Neem refusal maar niet regelmatig.voel me er niet lekker bij.hoop dat ik wat kan betekenen voor dit Forum.maar weet nog niet hoe alles werkt,ga zeker meer schrijven.weet niet hoe alles werkt hier,moet dat allemaal nog uitpluizen

Hoi Zandloper, je hebt maar liefst 3 keer een voorsteldraadje gemaakt, dus je bent behoorlijk aangemeld! welkom, welkom, welkom.

Knap dat je gestopt bent en het al zo lang volhoudt. Ik ben wel benieuwd hoe je dat voor elkaar hebt gekregen.

Als je al wat langer meeleest, weet je vast al waar je het een en ander kunt vinden. Er zijn hier meerdere deelnemers die al langer gestopt zijn.
