Ben nu bijna 5 maanden gestopt met drinken. Maar heb vaak ineens zo’n trek in een sigaret weer. Heel raar al 8 jaar gestopt zonder met roken zonder problemen nu dit!.herkent iemand dit ?

Ik herken het niet, maar misschien ben je toch nog naar iets op zoek wat je houvast geeft als er even spanning in je leven is?
