Ik ben Yvette en de naaste van mijn verslaafde vriend, als in iemand die heel veel voor mij betekent en die ik absoluut niet kwijt wil... Dit kan alleen nog als hij alles op alles zet voor zichzelf. Niet per sé op het gebied van alcohol, maar ook op het gebied van algehele gezondheid en hulp om zijn levertumor klein te krijgen. 

Ik ben vooral benieuwd wat het gedrag is van iemand die verslaafd is en hoe naasten ermee omgaan.
