Even mijn situatie schetsen. Ik nam 16 jaar Rivotril druppels enkel voor de nacht. Ik begon met 20 druppels, ging naar 10, dan 8 en dan de laatste 5 jaar naar 7. Dat komt omdat ik meerdere hernias gehad heb. 

Vorige week bleken ze niet meer te verkrijgen en besloot mijn huisarts dat het dan niet vervangen ging worden. Ze blijft bij haar standpunt en ik ben nu 5 nachten verder. Ik heb 6 uur geslapen.

Dat veroorzaakt bij mij de paniek. De rest kan ik momenteel goed aan voorlopig. Ik probeerde ook Sedistress relax, maar ook hiermee lukt slapen niet. Er is iets stuk in mijn hoofd, zo voelt het. 

Ik ben nu heel erg bang geworden van Rivotril. Is 7 druppels een hoge dosis om te stoppen?
