ik had niet gedacht om op tweede kerstdag 2021 hier weer iets te schrijven maar toch is het nodig , ik kom niet los van mijn drang naar drank minderingen en andere pogingen hebben niets opgeleverd ik ben intussen zwaar verslaafd en continu bezig waar ik de drank haal, hier word ik inmiddels zo moe van dat ik denk dat uiteindelijk alleen stoppen met leven dit oplost

Misschien kunnen zelfhulp  groepen zoals AA iets voor je betekenen ?
