Hallo allemaal,

Ik slikte tot 72 uur geleden, 1.25 mg. lorazepam per dag, voor ong. zo'n 5 maanden. Het is de bedoeling dat ik dit nu ga afbouwen, maar ik ben cold turkey gestopt. Is dit verstandig? Wat staat mij te wachten? Of hoef ik mij nergens zorgen over te maken, omdat het maar om zo'n kleine dosering gaat. Het stoppen gaat tot nu toe goed en ik heb nauwelijks ontwenningsverschijnselen.

Het gaat goed. Ik heb geen lorazepam meer geslikt en ik ben blij dat ik er vanaf ben.
