Hallo iedereen, ik ben Nikitis en ik zit op het moment aan de 1 mg lorazepam en 7 mg diazepam. Door een cold turkey van 4 dagen werken de benzos minder lang en effectief.

Misschien is het in jouw situatie ' t beste om een draadje te openen op het benzo forum. Je bent nu op aloholdebaas. Sterkte!
