Ben van 4x0.125 naar 3x  gegaan 

Bij de 4x 0.125  maakte ik het laatste 1/4 stukje 22.00. uur  iets kleiner daar ik dan beter slaap wat ik van dat laatste stukje af snee  voegde ik toe aan stukjes over dag 

Ben nu terug naar 3 innames maar wil weer het laatste gedeelte kleiner maken ivm slaap !!

En de overblijfsel van dat kleiner maken verdelen over de dag stukjes 

Wat zijn goede tijden om in te nemen ? 

1e inname 07.30 ochtends 

2e inname  13.30  middag 

3e inname  19.30 avond 

Is dat ok en is het laatste 1/3 stukje verkleinen voor de helft of meer en de resten toevoegen aan gedeeltes overdag een probleem voor de nacht ?
