Ok  ga in een week verhuizen en dan beginnen met afbouw clonazepam 0.5

Heb het nu verdeelt over 4x0.125

Gebruikte het eerst voor slaap maar deed niets  bij angst en paniek wel wat maar  geeft het alleen problemen volgens mij 

Dat was me aan geraden maar is wel een hoop geklooi in pillen snijden en verdelen 

Wat raadt jij aan terug naar 3x daags of nog anders ?
