Lorozepam doet niks meer ik ben bezig met afbouwe maar krijgt niet betje rust dat is en hel

dag Ema, ik ben ook nieuw hier. En inderdaad afbouwen is een hel.  Je bent niet alleen hier op dit forum.   En ik geloof echt dat je er weer van af kunt komen.  Zoals vaker gezegd op dit forum: ken je het ashton manual benzodiazepines. Even googlen dan vind je het wel.  Is ook in het NL vertaald.  Moed houden!

Hoe lang was je bezig met afbouwen pffff en hel ik staa moelijk op mijn benen zo zwar heb ik dat is niet normal ik wet niet goe kan ik zo veder lefen

vanaf half december.   Bouw alsjeblieft rustig af.   Te snel afbouwen is niet goed.  !
