    een discussie voegde verslaving123 toe in Tips en adviezen
    Een jaar geleden heb ik 4 weken in een detox gezeten voor benzos en voor pijnstillers. Benzo ben ik nog steeds vanaf.. maar in de pijnstillers val ik terug. Denk aan ipbruprofen naproxen noscapect hoestdranke. Ik kreeg namelijk weer een x codeine voorgeschreven.. die waren weer op voordat ik t doorhad. Maar ik kon niet aankomen dat ik meer wilde. Zo kwam ik uit op hoest prikkelende dempers die je kan kopen zo.. En ja hoor de verslaving heeft een nieuwe form aangenomen. In combi weer met de nsaids.. In heb frustraties .... ene kant wil ik er zo graag vanaf en mee stoppen maar de demping op dat moment is ook zo fijn..
