    een discussie voegde Slijkje toe in Tips en adviezen
    Hallo Net geregistreerd hier. Las wat verhalen van jullie en dacht wauw misschien kunnen ze me hier helpen. Ik slik een half tabletje zopiclon al 5 jaar. Blijft lastig om dit af te bouwen omdat ik dan helemaal niet slaap. Met pilletje ook maar weinig. Maar beter dan niets. Toch wil ik er graag vanaf. In de hoop dat ik ooit weer gewoon zal slapen. Hebben jullie tips voor mij hoe ik dit kan doen. En misschien ook tips hoe ik dan lekker kan slapen
