    een discussie voegde Anoniem124 toe in Wie is wie?
    Hoi ik ben Bart, ik neem nu al 4jaar Xanax maar kan totaal niet afbouwen, ik heb zelf met de huisarts een plan gestart maar dat blijkt echt niet te lukken, ik neem sinds 4j geleden 2mg alprazolan/Xanax en als ik maar met 1 pilletje minder dan kan ik niet slapen begin ik enorme zweetbuien te krijgen angst tot dat ik het bijna niet meer zie zitten en sluit ik mezelf op, als er 1 iemand tips heeft gelieve ze aub te plaatsen alvast bedankt!
