  1. Voorbereiding om te stoppen met slaapmiddel na 13 jaar gebruik

    een discussie voegde Catje toe in Wie is wie?
    Ik ben met de voorbereiding bezig te gaan stoppen met Lormetazepam 2 mg, na 13 jaar. Ook gebruik ik Zolpidem 10mg, en Citalopram 10 mg. Arts wil eerst Citalopram ophogen tot 20 mg. mijn stemming daarmee stabiliseren. Als dat beter gaat ga ik afbouwen met Lormetazepam. Ik vroeg me af , zijn er hier mensen die dat ook op deze manier hebben gedaan of dat gaan doen? Hebben jullie tips voor mij? Alvast bedankt voor het meedenken.
