  1. Afbouw Lorazepam en Zopiclon

    een discussie voegde Corinta toe in Tips en adviezen
    Hai ik ben Corinta, ben 57 jaar en gebruik nu een jaar voor mijn depressie/angstklachten Lorazepam en Zopiclon. Voor Lorazepam gebruik ik 4 x 1/2 mg en voor het slapen 1,3/4 Zopiclon. De werking neemt af en ik voel me radeloos worden. Voel me somber en ervaar meer angst dat ik hier niet meer vanaf kom. Van antidepressiva krijg ik enorme hoofdpijn, heb er diverse geprobeerd. Heeft iemand hier ervaring mee? En een advies hoe ik toch af kan bouwen?
