    een discussie voegde Jack90 toe in Thema's rondom gokken
    Zijn er nog veel mensen met gokproblemen? Ik klaar met het Tactus onlineprogramma. Inmiddels 5 maanden 'clean', niet gegokt. Totaal 40.000 aan schulden gemaakt. Geld geleend bij familieleden en vrienden. Volgende maand heb ik schuldenvrij mede door een hypotheekverandering om het op te lossen. Vanaf dat moment starten met het opbouwen van een nieuwe buffer/spaarpot. Mijn tip: praat, praat en praat! Wees eerlijk en zoek hulp als je problemen ervaart. Het is echt een vieze, mentale, ziekte die hardnekkig is. Zorg dat je je zelf inschrijft bij Cruks zodat je nergens meer bij kunt. Hebben jullie tips of wil je tips, reageer maar. Delen helpt elkaar.
