    een discussie voegde Jaco toe in Wie is wie?
    Ik ebn nu een week zonder alchol. Ik heb een complexiteit, namelijk een een onderliggende depressie. Deze heb ik altijd zo goed en kwaad als het ging met alcohol onder controle gehouden. In overleg met huisarts nu wel een antidepressiva gekregen (venlafaxine). Ik voel op het moment een toename van mijn somberheid. Is ingewikkeld nu komt het van de opbouw venlafaxine of stoppen met alcohol? Zijn er meer mensen op dit forum die dit ook zo doen.
