Goedemorgen,

Ik hoop dat er nog iemand over is die mijn maatje wilt zijn. Afgelopen zondag was mijn 1e AdB dag, gisteren even heel erg moeilijk gehad, zeer dankbaar voor de fijne mensen hier met de juiste woorden en ik zou graag met iemand 1 op 1 willen sparren.

Ik heb je een PB gestuurd :) Fijn dat we kunnen mailen.

Ik ben inderdaad aangekomen, eigenlijk al 10 jaar lang en heb dan ook nu zwaar overgewicht. Ik verdoof mezelf dan ook al 10 jaar lang. Sinds zondag is er ruim 3 kg af, dus dat gaat weer de goede kant op gelukkig, mooie bijkomstigheid inderdaad :D
