Maandag heb ik met mijn huisarts gesproken over mijn probleem om in het weekend verantwoord met alcohol om te gaan. Een middel als refusal daar wou hij niet aan, wat ik me wel kan voorstellen. Daarom stelde hij voor om contact op te nemen met novadic, omdat er wel eens iemand van Novadic op de praktijk komt. Nu heb ik maandag een gesprek met iemand van Novadic. Lijkt me best spannend, want ik vond het al niet makkelijk om er met de huisarts over te praten.
