Ik ben sinds januari 2024 thuis en heb eerst vanaf ongeveer februari oxazepam 10 mg geslikt. Op een gegeven moment hielp dit niet meer en heb ik een andere medicatie gekregen vanaf april 2024. Dit ging een maand goed, maar toen niet kunnen slapen en lorazepam gekregen. Dit tot eergisteren geslikt. Ik had 1 mg en ben afgebouwd naar 0,5 mg en daarna gaf de psychiater aan om eens langzaam te stoppen. Eerst nog een week een kwart geslikt en toen gestopt. Nu voel ik me zo ellendig en depressief (heb al antidepressiva) en wil graag weten of meer mensen in dit schuitje zitten en of er mensen zijn die een maatje willen zijn in dit proces. Want het voelt zo alleen.
