Hallo allemaal,

Ik ben nieuw hier. Sinds 3 weken van 6,5 mg lorazepam aan het afbouwen naar 0. Ik zit nu op 12mg diazepam. Ik lig op de bank, ik ben zooo vreselijk moe. Iemand bemoedigende woorden?? Ik heb het nodig

Wat naar dat je zo moe bent @Sita23. 
Ik hoop dat dat snel over zal gaan, maar om eerlijk te zijn: ik heb geen verstand van afbouw van benzo's.
