Goeiemorgen. Lotgenootjes. Ik heb nu wel 2 dagen geslapen. Na maanden. Wel veel wakker. Ik ben blij daarvoor. Ik ben nog niet eens begonnen met afbouwen. Nu wakker maar net als gisteren. Angstig. Buikpijn. Misselijk. Warm. Hoe moet ik dit volhouden? Mijn dosering is hoog. 2mg alprazolam (benzo) en 125 mg imipramine (antidepressiva)
