Hallo allemaal,

 

Ik ben Anna ik ben 34 jaar en ik worstel al jaren met een verslaving. Momenteel ben ik verslaafd aan benzo s ik ben ze wel aan het afbouwen ik sta nu al een tijdje op 0.Maar vind het vreselijk moeilijk en elke dag is een strijd ik leef momenteel echt in een hel. Het lijkt wel of er niks loopt en dat alles mis gaat. Ik ervaar veel spanningen. Ik zou graag in contact willen komen met andere verslaafde het hoeft niet perse benzo s te zijn. Ik hoop dat ik reacties krijg van jullie.

Hallo Anna! Er is een gedeelte op het forum dat "Benzo de baas" heet. Daar vind je meer aansluiting denk ik. Je bent hier bij de alcoholdrinkers.
