    Hallo allemaal, Ik ben ook nieuw hier. Ik ben Yossa een man van veertig jaar (sinds vandaag), heb borderline en ADD en ik drink teveel. Niet iedere dag, maar af en toe en dan ken ik mijn grenzen niet. Soms word ik pas na een paar dagen weer helder en kom er dan achter hoeveel ik nu weer gedronken heb. Ik ben nu echter vast besloten hier een einde aan te maken en heb mijzelf daarom aangemeld bij alcoholdebaas. De borderline en ADD heb ik goed onder controle dankzij mezelf, de hulpverlening en de medicijnen, maar de alcohol is een geniepige vijand! Ik hoop op dit forum een goede bijdrage te kunnen leveren en hier ook wat te leren. Groet en liefs, Yossa
