  1. Afbouwen bromazepam 3mg

    een discussie voegde Kapcook toe in Thema's rondom benzodiazepinen
    Ik gebruik 10 jaar anderhalve tablet bromazepam 3 mg. ik heb een keer via de huisarts voorgesteld af te bouwen en kreeg toen diazepam met een afbouwschema van 12 weken. na een week liep dit helemaal mis en moest van de huisarts terug naar bromazepam 3 mg. Ik wil nu echt afbouwen omdat mijn gevoel zegt dat ik zonder kan. Ik neem de tabletjes in de avond rond 18.30 in. wat mij in het afbouwschema opvalt is dat na 8 weken alles op 0 staat, terwijl het een afbouwschema is voor 12weken. wie helpt mij van de bromazepam af.
