    Hoi Reacher, Refusal is een prima middel, maar op een gegeven moment moet je het achter je laten, want het heeft ook een paar nadelen, zoals vermoeidheid en desinteresse. Verder moet je wel open staan dat anderen drinken, maar ze moeten ook respect hebben dat jij gestopt bent en mijn omgeving houd zich daar goed aan.

    ben aantal maanden gestopt met alcohol en voel mij er lekker bij. Sinds 2 weken gestopt met Refusal en voel mij er nog lekkerder er bij. Heeft iemand de zelfde ervaring ?
