    een discussie voegde csus toe in Wie is wie?
    hallo allen, net nieuw en bijna beginnend met de therapie. erg veel zin in. ik merkte door veranderingen de laatste paar maanden in het werk dat er zo eens per 3 weken een excessief drinkgebruik in sloop. Dat wil ik niet, want het maakte relaties stuk. Ik hoop erg dat ik op een juiste wijze met alcohol om leer gaan. Iemand ervaring met het afraken van het bijna comatieus zuipen naar verantwoord omgaan met alcohol of zijn er alleen maar mensen die het helemaal hebben afgezworen? hoor graag. c
