    Ik ben echt blij dat ik gestopt bent door dit boek! Het besef dat verslaving niet deterministisch is maar een keuze kan zijn, is zo krachtig. Het geeft je weer controle over je eigen leven. Zou absoluut anderen aanraden dit boek ook te lezen - soms is het juist dat een inzicht en juiste kennis dat het verschil maakt.
